What can I make with a fresh pineapple?!

Question: What can I make with a fresh pineapple?
I bought a fresh pineapple. I haven't cut into it yet. Any ideas about yummy things to make with it?

1) Fresh pineapple is really good grilled. Just peel it, cut it in slices and put it on the grill or use a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat. No oil or butter necessary! It will taste smoky and sweet.

2) Pineapple salsa: cut it into 1/3" cubes and mix with ground cumin seeds, a bit of hot pepper if you like, onions or shallots cut very small and rinsed in cold water, basil or cilantro leaves, lime or lemon juice and a bit of salt.

Great on grilled chicken or fish or as a side dish.

3) Cube the pineapple and sprinkle it with brown sugar, a pinch of salt, lime or lemon juice and a dollop of Marsala or Kirsch or any unsweetened Schapps (the real stuff, not the kicked up soda they make here).

Let it sit for ten minutes than use it to top ice cream or serve it with cookies and coffee.

Peel it, core it, slice it and put it one of those sun tea jars, you know, the wide mouth joars with the little pour spout thingy at the bottom? Yup, do that and pour in enough Malibu Coconut rum to cover and then some. Then just let it hang out on the cabinet for a couple of weeks or months adn when you can't stand it any longer, get out yer blender. Fish out about 1/2 slice of the marinated pineapple and pop it in the blender. Add a goodly squirt of the hooch from the aforementioned pour spout thingy, some crushed cie and a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yup, blend it up and you have the finest kind of pina colada, garnteed.

The first thing that comes to mind is a mixed Fruit Salad with pineapple wedges
the second is a fresh Pineapple only Platter
Third a Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Fourth Crushed fresh Pineapple topping for a cheesecake.
Fifth Sweet & Sour Chicken Pineapple
Sixth Add pieces of pineapple to your home made pizzas
