Try epicurious for heaps of recipes or amazon and buy a cook book. it depends what you have in your pantry/fridge as to what you can cook

easy food to make:
spaghetti
frozen fish/chicken with mash/baked potato and your choice of vegies
steak/sausages and mash
stir fry with meat and or vegetables
stews
