There are plenty of other soy products you can eat, including tempeh, tvp, meat analogs and edamame. There's also beans and other legumes (peas, lentils, chickpeas, peanuts,) whole grains, nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies, mushrooms, and eggs and dairy (if you eat them.)

seitan, peanut butter, walnuts, hummus, falafel, brown rice

Beans..............and kidney beans are delicious!!

I love chick peas and soymilk. You could also try some tofu based products like tofu yogurt. I swear it tastes like regular yogurt.

If you google vegetarian protein sources (or vegan if that's what you're going for) you'll find a lot of useful sites.

Good vegetarian protein sources include: almonds, black beans, brown rice, cashews, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), kidney beans, lentils, lima beans, peanut butter, pinto beans, seitan, soybeans, soymilk, sunflower seeds, textured vegetable protein (TVP), and faux meats (like veggie burgers).

You hate tofu? There are many people, like you, who hate tofu, but I don't know why. Tofu is amazing, it takes on any flavour you wish. I know you say that you hate it, but please, take this into consideration.
There are many ways to cook tofu. Many of the non-asian ways are what turn people off of tofu. It has to be cooked properly.

Here's what you do: Boil the tofu in a pot of water until it rises. After that, you can do whatever you want to it. You can fry it, you can deep fry it, you can eat it like that, you can make however you like. Just look around in cookbooks for amazing recipes that will turn you onto tofu.

Just be careful to make sure that the tofu doesn't have a beany smell, that means it's bad.

But please, don't give up on tofu just yet. Try it one more time. I recommend Mabo Tofu as a good meal with white rice, and perhaps shrimp if you don't qualify that as meat.

Oh, you can also eat peanuts and peanut butter for protein.

lean meat has alot of protein. whole milk and eggs also give lots of protein.... i also like drinking "Body Fortress : Chocolate flavor". You can buy it at a GNC store and it tastes good if you add it with milk.

you could eat your own snot
