Looking for recipe for seasoned chicken in mexican restaraunts that they use in the nachos, etc.?!

clubhouse tex mex seasoning. you can find it in the grocery store. My boyfriend swears by it, he used to be a cook
This is my personal mix - it's far better than the stuff you can buy in packets! Quantities are guesses really - I just do it by eye.
Cumin 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp (more if you like it hot!)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Dried coriander leaf 1tsp
Dried oregano 1tsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 2 or 3 cloves
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Fahita Seasoning.
You can find it in the spice section of most grocery stores or on the Ethnic isle.
