throw in a potato cut in half and let it boil... then remove the potato halves

Add more ingredients to balance out the salt. Other than that, theres not much you can do..sorry!

Throw in more potatoes and a little water.

add a couple of potatoes. skin and cut in half. then pull them out when they are done cooking. you can throw them away.
that should help.

Raw potato

add potato to your cook!

throw in a potato and let it soak up the salt.

could use some more information to help on this one,

here are two options

if you dont have much time sacrifice half the liquid and replace with hot water and a veg stock cube (arguably a risk as cube has salt but your going to loose some flavour to recover this )

if you do have some time drain off the stew put half of the liquid in a pan replace same amount of liquid you just reserved with hot water and rapidly reduce to a good thickness,

you can use the reserved liquid to add back if as you tasate it you think you need a bit more salt.

when you have the liquid in good shape add it back to your meat and veg.

if you have time chop a potato in half let it simmer in there as long as possible. If you dont have time you have to add more fof eveything else. good luck

Put several slices of raw potato in the stew and let them cook. Once they are cooked, discard them. Repeat procedure if necessary. And if you only put in a little too much salt, adding a little sugar or honey will help.

In a separate bowl make more stew without salt. Once ready , mix with the salty one and add a half glass of red wine that will help all the flavors to get together.
Do not try the potato because it will change the flavor of your stew!

You could add rice or potatoes..
