Why isn't good to reheat the rice?!

Reheating the rice won't get rid of these toxins.
So, the longer cooked rice is left at room temperature, the more likely it is that bacteria, or the toxins they produce, could stop the rice being safe to eat.

It's best to serve rice when it has just been cooked. If that isn't possible, cool the rice as quickly as possible (ideally within one hour) and keep it in the fridge for no more than one day until reheating.
While reheating, it is necessary to ensure that it's piping hot all the way through, and avoid reheating more than once.

Actually, reheating rice isn't bad. I wouldn't see why. Where did you hear it from?

It isn't bad for you, but sometimes the rice gets drier the second time around. I usually sprinkle a little hot water on it or soya sauce (if you will be using it anyway) before microwaving to help heat it up as dry rice doesn't heat very well.

Rice reheats nicely, though it reheats best as an ingredient in a casserole, the rice in fried rice (which should be leftover rice!) or the rice in Rice pudding.

Otherwise, quickly rinse the rice with water, shake it thoroughly and microwave it for a minute or put it into a colander or steamer over boiling water for about 5 minutes. Either way, give it a stir half way through.

i always re heat rice & it comes out fine maybe you could make fried rice with the left over rice just scramble a couple of eggs & set aside then saute in a little oil some diced garlic, onion & any kind of left over meat if desired a7 set aside with the egg then add a some more oil heat that & add the rice. frozen vveggies or left over veggies can be added if desired after frying the rice add in the egg & other things you sauteed &some soy sauce

There's something in the rice that can multiply bacteria.

Kidnapped angel...that is very interesting. Thanks for the info. I was going to respond simply that it's fine to reheat it and have done the same as other posters....I will keep your suggestions in mind.

There is nothing whatsoever wrong with reheating rice as long as it is piping hot. You can't make very good fried rice unless it was allowed to chill before frying
