You can freeze any food items, but not all foods take well to freezing!. Coconut milk is a good example!. You can safely freeze coconut milk, but due to its composition, the coconut milk may separate when you then defrost and reheat it!. In other words, it will be perfectly safe to eat, but it might not taste very nice!.

Thai Kitchen has some tips on how to reheat coconut milk from frozen: http://www!.thaikitchen!.com/reponse/cocon!.!.!.

You'd probably be better off with freezing the curry paste and then mixing it with fresh coconut milk!.

You should have no issues in terms of food safety!. Curries also are easy to freeze generally and actually can improve in flavour over time, frozen or not!.

As noted, coconut milk can separate during thawing, but it is usually easy to re-emulsify the green curry sauce by gentle stirring!. It rarely requires more than that, at leat in my experience!. The answerer who mentions the Thai kitchens website is also right on the money!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its fine to freeze it, but it depends!. Since your making it fresh it would probably be served better fresh (as anything is)!. Just make sure you dont freeze it in a glass jar!

I would say try not to, but if you have to its fine!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
