What is in TGI Friday's Jack Daniel's sauce?!?!
I absolutely love the Jack Daniels sauce at T!.G!.I!. Friday's but when I went to the supermarket to buy it, it didn't taste the same or as good as Fridays, and the restaurant flavor is actually alot sweeter with a little bit of spice!. My guess is that they mix it with some terriyaki sauce!. Have no idea about the spice!. I don't even know if it's a completely different formula made specially for the restaurant!.
Does anyone who has worked at Friday's or is a cook know what's actually in there or have some idea's what could be in that delicious sauce!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I worked at TGIF for 3 years as a server!. The glaze comes pre-made in a huge bag w/o ingredients on the label!. I am addicted to it myself!. I haven't worked there in 9 years and still need to go back to get my fix every now and then!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
My guess is just molasses or honey, jack, butter, and black pepper and just make a glaze out of it!. that's what it tastes like to me!. It is good on their shrimp but I don't like it on the steakWww@FoodAQ@Com
