How Do You Defrost/Thaw Jus-Roll Frozen Pastry?!

Question: How Do You Defrost/Thaw Jus-Roll Frozen Pastry!?
i have cooking lessons at school tomorrow and were making apple tart and we need pastry for it!.

i have bought a frozen one but i threw away the packet, how do i thaw/defrost it!? i read it briefly and one of the methods was wrapping and putting it in the fridge or freezer or something!? what do i wrap it in!? how long for!? im so confused!

also, i have 500g and only need 300g so can i defrost it all and refreeze the bit i dont need!? if not, is there another way of saving the extra 200g!?

thanks alot to all the help, its greatly appreciated! xWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
wrap in cling film but not to tightly and leave at room Temperature over night it will then unroll the next morning, you cant refreeze what you don't need but it will sit for a day or two so either make a larger item or use the rest the next day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Let it sit at room temperature until soft then roll it out!. Just make a bigger tart or have your crust thicker for the small one!. There isn't enough difference to worry about!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
