Don't brush with oil!.

if it is something salty, then brush a little soy sauce on it!. if it is sweet, brush a little egg yolk on it or sprinkle a little sugar on top~ white sugar, brown sugar or cane sugar!. any sugar would be fine!.you can also use a bit of honey and water!. i haven't tried the sugar and honey thing but i think it works!. hope it helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rather brush with a whisked egg, it cooks to a beautiful golden colour!. When you take it out the oven, brush with melted butter so make it shine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

On baked breads you can use Eggs or milk

On Baked chicken or potatoes use butter and it gives it cripy golden look!.
